MD802 AU Ford and Holden

I have recently purchased an MD802 and had issues with updates. After following the instructions in another thread to format the SD card and reinstall all software in PC Suite I no longer have AU Ford or Holden (two vehicles I need the unit to work for). How can I fix this? Cheers, -

Hmmm....You mean when you are updating the MD802 card through our PC Suit, you could not find EU Ford and Holden in the updatable lists? -

well, I have talked to the engineers. Yes, you can't download the AU Ford and Holden in our website, because it is only available for Au users. ....In your situation, you should turn to your local distributor and ask him to send you these two files. -

Yes, I know you are in AU.... Ask your distributor to send you these two files....They should have those files... Or if they are not far away from your home,you can drive to their office and do the copying there... -

hey mate, sorry its a bit late i only just got onto autel yesterday. i too had this issue but luckily i had replaced the original sd before the update so i still have update 1.00 of AU ford a holden if you need them. did they by any chance email you the files or any new updates?
